2. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment, so no refund applies.

3. Starter Plan (₹59 per notice — One-Time Purchase)

Before analysis: If you purchased a Starter plan but have not yet used the notice analysis, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
After analysis: Once the AI analysis has been generated, no refund will be issued as the service has been delivered.

4. Pro Plan & CA/Firm Plan (Subscriptions)

Within 48 hours: If you are unsatisfied with the subscription, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase, provided you have used no more than 2 notice analyses.
After 48 hours: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel the subscription to prevent future charges.
Annual plans: Refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 3 notice analyses have been used. After 7 days, no refund is available.

5. How to Request a Refund

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
